laksa sarawak


Ingredients
1 packet of mee hoon
1 bottle of Liza's laksa souces
1 kilo of coconut milk
1/2 kilo of chicken breast
1/2 kilo of fresh prawn
1 tea spoon of salt and glutamate
3 branches of corriender leaves
1 packet of dried chillies
1 cube of prawn paste( belacan)

How to cook
1. Boil separately chicken breast, fresh prawn dan mee hoon.
2. Fry a bottle of liza's Laksa Souce until it's aroma rise.
3. Pour in a bowl of cool water. wait until it boil.
4. Add in all the coconut milk. wait until it mix well and boil.

Time to serve
1. Put in as much mee hoon as you like in a bowl.
2. Pour in the laksa soup.
3. Put in boil chicken breast and prawn on the top.
4. Lastly, cut the corriander leaves into small pieces and spring it on the noodles.
5. Eat it with sambal belacan add in lemon juice.
